The Loft Art Space has been home to the Moving Art shows as well as many local events from concerts to Improv shows and recitals to full productions.
Full-Day Production Package $1,750 flat rate
Includes:
- 9 hours exclusive use of space
- 2 technicians on site for the full day
- Audio support
- Lighting support
- Basic cueing & troubleshooting
- Standard house equipment
Half-Day Production Package $1,150 flat rate
Includes:
- 4.5 hours exclusive use of space
- 2 technicians on site
- Audio support
- Lighting support
- Basic cueing & troubleshooting
- Standard house equipment
Overages
- Additional hours: $200/hr
- Additional technicians (if required): $50/hr per tech
- Additional materials available for use at a fee – fog/haze machine, projector
- Specialized design/programming: quoted separately
Important Notes
- The Rentee is required to have their own Insurance ($1,000,000 liability insurance)
- The Rentee may have your own staff/volunteers handle front of house and concessions. Front of house is the responsibility of The Rentee.
- Ticket sales are responsibility of The Rentee
- Chairs will be set up in “theatre style seating”
- 2 technicians are house techs (not designers)
- Setup, rehearsal, and strike count toward booked time
- Complex shows may require additional staff (charged separately)
